All sales are final and no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted.
If you have any issue with your order, please contact us at shopsunbeansprout@gmail.com, and we will do our best to solve it.
✿ PRODUCTS ✿
As a small business we take special care in making sure our products are high quality. That being said minor flaws can happen as they are sourced and made in studio. Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if items are missing, substantially damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.
OOPs packs and products have flaws disclosed and are non-refundable, hence being sold at a discount
✿ SHIPPING & PROCESSING ✿
- Sometimes products are made to order, so processing times can range from 3 days - 3 weeks. Please allow up to 1 month for USA shipping and 3 months for International
- If you choose to ship via untracked letter mail, be aware that it is uninsured, and as a small shop we do not have control over USPS and the current state of delivery services in your area. We are not responsible for the loss of any packages once in shipped and in transit or marked "delivered", and are uninsured.
- Untracked letter mail cannot be refunded or replaced. Please feel free to contact us if delivery has been longer than usual.
- I do offer both domestic and international shipping upgrades for extra security
- Delivery might take a little longer than the estimated timeframe due to current situations surrounding COVID-19
